Well, this is the release date. I recorded the first part in Terlingua when I interviewed CASI Director, Ken Rodd, at the Krazy Flats Saloon. Then a month or so after that, I interviewed recent stroke-victim Chris Cook at a Christmas party. And then I talked to Bret and Jim from South Side chili at a cookoff in Denton in January. It’s a top-notch podcast--if I didn’t record it, I’d download it!
