Jim Johnson and I recorded this under the Shriner pavilion overlooking beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard at the Garland Shriners lodge. Sara Beth (pronounced Sarabeth, all one word) was at the cookoff and she joined us.

I do a top-notch Christopher Columbus imitation when talking about the history of chile peppers.

This is a picture of Jim at Terlingua proudly holding a bottle of maple syrup that he just chugged.
