Recorded in Dangerfield, Texas. My guest is the fourth president of CASI, Rex Jones. We talk about some of the history of chili cooking and how the current Ranch came about.

A few weeks after this recording, at the 2007 Terlingua International Chili Championship, I presented Rex with the above trophy. I made a pepper out of rusted barbed wire and mounted it in a Terlingua rock. The plaque reads:
