In retrospect, this is a really awful episode. New to the equipment and new to podcasting... Jim tells a funny story about how to NOT cook chili for competition
We recorded this next to the swimming pool at the now defunct Richardson/Plano Elks Lodge at a chili cookoff that I probably didn’t get any points at.
I don’t have a photo of me and Jim recording the first ChiliPodCast, so this is a picture that my wife took somewhere in India. Someplace that probably had a spitting problem.
